I offer both! I provide therapy in-person or virtual for those in or around Louisville, CO, and I provide virtual sessions for anyone residing in Pennsylvania or in other parts of Colorado.

Yup! The in-person location (285 Century Place, Suite 190, Louisville, CO 80027) has loads of available free parking in a spacious lot that surrounds the Regus building.

What is your background, who do you serve and what are your areas of focus?
I am a queer neuro-spicy therapist, mom of three, with a background in acute care settings, community mental health, homeless shelters, and primary care clinics, who has been in the behavioral health field for over 15 years. My therapeutic style is adaptable to meet each person's unique needs for feeling heard and understood, but I enjoy incorporating humor and directness to get to the source of harmful habits.
I specialize in suicidality, self-harm and mood & anxiety disorders, and find I work well with folks with deep existential crises that aren't convinced life is all that it's cracked up to be. I work with a wide range of ages, from 10 years old and up. I often help people blend cognitive re-framing with mindfulness practice, but I really enjoy helping people navigate big life transitions, like entering the chaotic world of parenthood, or the unexpected emotional stage of retirement, or the unforgiving realm of adolescence.
I have a strong, applied knowledge of a variety of frameworks, including CBT, DBT, ACT, SFBT and MI. My current passion that I'm building upon is parts work, which I recommend for those who want to dig a little deeper by exploring and engaging with their internal relationships.

I am in-network for United Healthcare, Kaiser and Aetna for Colorado residents.
